2. Labelling and traceability
Product descriptions are provided by the mills and / or farm partners and suppliers of Olioitaliano.com, which take no responsibility for the contents, that may be modified and / or adjusted without any notice.
3. Product availability
Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of availability.
As it is not always possible to guarantee that all articles (all our goods) are available, olioitaliano.com undertakes to contact customers by e-mail within 15 days from date of order to inform them of the time needed to deliver the product ordered.
In the events customer do not comply with time delivering, olioitaliano.com will pay back the unavailable product already paid by the customer.
4. Transport, Risk and Property
The goods are 'shipped prepaid debit on the invoice, the transport is charged on the invoice.
Products purchased on the Site may be delivered across Italy, including islands.
The items travel at customer's risk.
As soon as the goods have been delivered, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with quantities and quality as specified on the invoice. Non conformities should be reported on the invoice and posted, within seven days, by fax or registered mail, to olioitaliano.com.
Even if the packet is intact, customer must verify the goods within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be posted by fax or registered mail. Each
alert sent over these terms will not be considered.
olioitaliano.com will not accept liability for any delivery's delay or the loss or damage of the order by the courier.
Shipment fees for an express courier will be verified by customer at the time of delivery. If the packet has any external damage, the order will be accepted
by putting on bills of Courier, the words "I agree detailed subject" and followed by a detailed description of the visible damages, accompanied by customer
signature. Otherwise, any claim relating to such damages shall be automatically rejected. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for it.
5. Orders
We accept only orders in paper format, or via Internet (online).
The customer will receive an email confirming the order's receipt.
6. Prices
All prices shown on the Site are in Euro (€), prices include VAT and do not include delivery costs.
Customers bear the expense of delivery, billed at the end of the order.
Prices can be modified at any time without notice.
7. Payments
